Located off Stony Point Road in Albemarle County, these small, unique cottages are close to town, but offer a country living experience.  Architect designed renovations have created clean spaces for your furniture.  Both have electric heat, window air conditioners, and all modern appliances (D/W, W/D, stove, frig, etc.)  Cottage #1 has a fireplace, a patio, and more open floor plan.  Cottage #2 has distinct rooms, more space, and a rear deck.  Credit check, references, and one year lease required.
